"I have to say I have been with…"
I have to say I have been with Flexshopper for awhile now its a great company willing to help and give others a "second chance" when others won't. They have helped me buy many things on payments while working with me all the way.. they employ many workers in many different areas such as customer service, billing, returns and tracking I want to mention a few outstanding representatives I have encountered in my time most recently a guy named (Devin) he is outstanding, great attitude, and always willing to help out even if it takes time to figure something out to get the answer to questions even if its hard work he rocks!! Other representatives I have to mention who have been awesome is (Belinda) (Linda), (Shamonte), (Genie), (JB) and I have to say I am glad to be a customer with Flexshopper of course there is problems they are not perfect but they strive to keep the customers happy with the opportunity to purchase products that many of us can not afford to just run out and by on a whim. If you not tried Flexshopper what are you waiting for an engraved invitation LOL naw give it a try and will love them too..

"Great Customer Service!"
Talked on the phone with agent, Jules, about an account issue and he solved my problem right away! My available balance showed correctly, but when I put something in the cart it showed incorrectly. The problem was Safari browser. He instructed me to change from Safari browser to Chrome browser then it showed and allowed for checkout correctly just by changing browsers. Great job with customer service in a friendly, helpful, accurate and prompt manner, Jules!

"Customer Service Rep Joyce T. was AMAZING"
Joyce Touissant was AMAZING! She took time and helped me with Personal Shopper. She even got me an increase to cover the shipping costs. She was very patient and helpful. She should receive a BONUS for her great customer service. God bless her!

"Awesome Financial Tool"
I needed a mattress and it turns out i could have bought it outright since day one, but wanted to make sure i had cash on hand, i was moving and it was a financial stress. I did the math with flexshopper to get my mattress at a tiny fraction of the cost paid extra, i think maybe $50, and allowing me to make payments of maybe only $47.50 every week. It let me have what i wanted earlier and for a fair price. Their customer service was awesome and im mad grateful they exist.
